I myself admit openly that during the first years after turning to raw, and eating progressively more fruit during that phase, that I would occasionally go through periods of binging on cooked foods (always vegan), which would inevitably cause me to detox badly, such that for many years it seemed like my health was actually worse than it had been, due to semi continuous detoxing..

Of course that was no encouragement for those around me to attempt to follow suit, and was in fact I realise off-putting..

All I can say is be strong.. Don't loose faith, and se clearly that the detox is coming not from the fruit, but from what you ate prior to the fruit... Be determined, and set yourself goals.. Decide to do a week on just juice, and keep a journal online of your efforts (sharing your attempts with the world may encourage you to see them through with more success than if you were to go it alone)..

Never despair.. despite everything, detox is a good thing! If you are detoxing, it is your body cleansing itself.. remember, better out than in!!

Good will on your path!
hugs,
mango.Fruitarian Mangohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02769115272900669567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36582097.post-75821708025669417242007-11-30T02:32:00.000+11:002007-11-30T02:32:00.000+11:00Thank you sir. Thank you very much.

May Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion, lavish you and yours with even more Love and Light and Laughter!

Om Mani Padme Hum,
Lama Jigme Gyatso

P.S.
you could reach me at:
www.LamaJigme.comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36582097.post-20484570274854021182007-11-29T02:51:00.000+11:002007-11-29T02:51:00.000+11:00Mango you are the authorityMango you are the authorityAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
