Woodstock fruit festival documentary.

Hi guys..

I know, I know.. I don't blog anymore. it's true. The rest of my life takes up too much time.

However, I'm just here to say a few quick words about a potential new fruit centered documentary that will be made should there be enough funding.

You all surely recall the "pure fruit" documentary of Kveta and I? Well, Emile, the director, and David, the camera guy, may team together once more to film the woodstock fruit festival this year.

Although their focus is more on fitness, their undue preoccupation with calories and the 801010 philosophy, the festival nevertheless promotes a predominantly fruit diet, and will hopefully encourage others to consider a moving toward true fruitarianism.

Anyone wishing to see the documentary made, can help out by contributing.. See the webpage here:

I thought you just sat under a tree and ate fruit.

  3. Mango, I was wondering what your take on the idea of "oversocialization" is. Do you think it limits our ability to act (and eat perhaps) as we instinctively wish to?

  6. Hi everyone! Thanks for your support and encouragement. Kveta and I moved into a new beautiful rural spot about 3 months ago. We simply love it here, and are busy growing our own fruit.. We've already eaten our first home grown pineapples, pawpaw, bananas, jackfruit and more. I'm afraid I have no real plans to blog more. I think I've said pretty much most of what I feel needed saying, and any further writing I commit myself to, really should be into the book that I have been neglecting and procrastinating with for far too many years. Once I finally get the thing out of my system,(whenever that will be!!) I'll likely just focus on the gardening and enjoying my life.

Rest assured we are both in fine health and still practising and living 100% raw fresh fruit fruitarianism.

Having said all this though, I should never say never, and when I think of it, there is surely more that needs to be blogged..

    Peace be with you all,
    Mango.

  7. Mango, I think you are a great man. =)

*very cautiously and keeping low meekly approaches and grooms your arm before leaving again as a natural primate act*

I would give you fruit. I will certainly buy your book. No need to reply or take notice... unless you are hostile. Fruit is bringing me such joy, but I hate the modern world so much.

  8. thank you mr. zed.
recently, over the past month, i have been focusing more on the writing of my book. I am calling it "Eden Fruitarianism Explained". I am very happy to say I have made a fair bit of progress and am nearer to completing it than ever before. I am not yet sure how I will go about publishing it, but I will blog here when it is finally ready and available, and announce also on my facebook page (mangodurian).
    kind regards,
    mango.

  9. Excellent, thank you!! I don't know if you're aware but Facebook has a strict policy about using your "real" name and can easily disable your account if you can't prove it's legally yours.

  11. Mango, I am wondering as to what your views on music are. For a while I dismissed it as an unnatural perversion, however now I think I can perform many mundane tasks easier/better with it.

  12. Mr Zed, sorry I had no time to answer previously. I was frantically working on the finishing touches of my book. Finally finished, it is
    here.

The best music is the sound of birds. I've never particularly liked music that is too loud. Only soft stuff for me.

  13. Wonderful! I am really excited to read this book. I know it will help me on the path to enlightenment and make the world a better place for every living thing. It will mark a great occasion in my life when I read this book. :)

I am wondering is there any other way I can buy this such as through Amazon? I haven't always had great experiences buying from outside the EU.

  14. Hi, I am new to all this and there's a big learning curve for me.. I'm sure there is a way to get the book on amazon, but at the moment I have no idea how. There seems to be a lot more work than i'd anticipated getting it as an ebook too. My arms are aching from all the clicking. I guess you shouldn't hold your breath for it to get onto amazon any time soon. sorry.

  15. Thank you also for that comment about birds. I read about a study where monkeys were exposed to 1) silence 2) mozart and 3) white noise while doing tasks. Apparently they did WORSE than silence when exposed to Mozart but BETTER than silence when exposed to white noise. I guess pure silence or near-silence on an every day basis may not be the most natural thing for humans.
