Hello dear friend! :-)

I also once was a vegan and even a raw foodist.. than wanted to be a fruitarian and even to live only on light (this was a Big mistake which cost me dearly in health and even my mental health which is the cause of my fear to get back to all of this again..) But now after 10 years, I'm thinking about the raw food diet again.. So today I suddenly happen to find your site.

I'm still a vegetarian but I eat "only" normal healthy foods in a healthy way- try to at least. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for you and that there are people like you who are living the fruitarian dream.. But I've found out that I myself have not come to just live the human experience.. I came to this earth to serve people and the world. Teaching about truth and love is more important for me.. and I have my calling and goal to accomplish.

I just don't see how I can do this if I'll wander about all the time or live in some tropical island. I'll have haven forever- but here and now it's the time to Live this time and age as it is.. among other human beings and in society. I'm a social worker (thou I'm not working as one) but my dream is to write books and lecture to people and the whole world about life, Love, God and spirituality.

Even though I miss that special time and excitment while trying to "perfect" my body.. I came to the conclusion that to be 100% means not being 100% in my life and mission.. and I can't just look for food all day long.. Still, I'm happy there are souls who do it for all of us and make an example for future generations- on how humans are meant to be living..

Thank you for all of this site!
I'm happy you wrote about Peace Pilgrim! :-)

Lots of Love & Hugs!
Gil Bar-On :-)

hi again laura!
it's so nice to be an inspiration.. the full documentary is actually finished now.. it's about 25 minutes long, but the guy who made it is thinking of making a longer version as 25 minutes barely scratches the surface.. whenever either is available, i'll be sure to post about it..
peace,
mango.

hi Gil Bar-On,
i think it's important to know that following your dreams, and eating fruit are not mutually exclusive.. there is noi reason why eating fruit should ultimately interfere with your other plans, and indeed, if they are about teaching the truth, then maybe the fruit will even help you to be more firm and committed to that.
peace,
mango.
