Juice Feasting Days - April 2008

Slightly different scenario this month.. Nothing really jumped out as being in abundance and in season so instead of just mono juicing as previously, we decided to go with just mixing what we had in the blender and drinking it..

Unlike previous juice feasts, we never really had a proper cut off point, but instead kind of ate a little toward the end of the juices, but continued juicing..

Kveta writes it all in more detail in her own journal.

Personally, I think I refer the affects of a mono juice feast, as to be honest, just blending ones food before drinking it is rather like just eating it.. I don't believe I exerienced any of the normal symptoms that one does with mono juice feasting.. no special cleansing, no weight loss, no feeling that I really wanted to eat anything elsetoward the end..

Nevertheless, I am sure that it was beneficial and gave the body a certain amount of freedom and rest.

hugs,
Mango.

Hi Mango,

How are you? I hope everything is ok.
I am here just to ask you to delete my interview. If you don't want to do so for any reason that is ok too. And would you mind erasing all my comments (including this one after you read it)? I understand that you might not want to waste your time doing that but I feel kind of ashamed for everything I wrote...

Please don't get me wrong.
I really hope you're doing well and wish you all the best. I also thank you for being patient and for having answered all my e-mails...

And please consider the possibility of reading and sharing in your blog the website : http://www.beyondveg.com/

Be well,
and Goodbye!

Hi Filipe,
I have deleted your interview as requested.

And sorry, it is nothing personal, but I probably wont erase your comments as I just don't feel to put the time into doing that. You are of course welcome to counter your own comments with the beliefs that you currently have.

I wish you peace and clarity,
regards,
Mango.
ps i will not give any space on my blog for the beyond veg website as my beliefs differ. I believe that the the author has never given the fruit diet a real chance, and became disillusioned with their own inability to not do so, blaming fruit and the fruit diet instead of their own lack of will power to stick with it.

Thank you Mango.
I understand that you don't want to put the time into erasing my comments. That's ok. No problem at all.
I will not counter my previous comments though.

I wish peace and clarity too. I hope I can achieve that!

Your view about beyond veg is also ok. I respect it.

And I think it is great that you eat just fruit. Personally I am not able - at least in this moment of my life - to follow such a diet.

Wishing you all the best,

Filipe
